Day 1 - Individual arrival in Bolzano
In the charming South Tyrolean capital of Bolzano, your stylish cycle tour along the Adige River begins. Between vineyards and Dolomite flair, you will immediately feel the special interplay of alpine clarity and Italian lightness. Stroll through the historic arcaded alleys or enjoy a glass of Lagrein in a traditional wine tavern.

Your cycling route leads through the lovely South Tyrolean lowlands, where vines and apple orchards stretch to the horizon. The Adige Cycle Path is largely flat, but you can take a detour to Lake Caldaro – one of the most beautiful lakes in Italy. Riding through the charming Salorno you will cross the language border between Tyrol and Italy before you reach the elegant Trento with its Renaissance architecture. In the historic city centre, a plate of Trentino dumplings with butter and Parmesan cheese tempts you, simple but delicious!

You cycle through the Vallagarina Valley to Rovereto, where art and history meet. This is followed by a short climb to the San Giorgio Pass - once at the top, the view opens up to the deep blue water of Lake Garda. A breathtaking descent takes you to Torbole, where Mediterranean vegetation and the glitter of the lake make the magic of the south palpable. By boat you glide relaxed from Riva over Lake Garda to Peschiera. End the day with freshly caught fish and a glass of Lugana wine on the shore.

You are cycling through the wine region of Soave, passing the impressive castle and the first hills of the Veneto. The route continues through Montecchio Maggiore, where the castles of Romeo and Juliet overlook the town. Finally, you reach Vicenza, the city of Renaissance architect Andrea Palladio, with its magnificent palazzi and classical elegance. A glass of Soave Classico and a regional cheese platter are the perfect way to end the day.

The last day of your cycle tour in Italy leads along the Brenta Canal - lined with magnificent Venetian villas that were once summer residences of the nobility. Parking facilities
If you arrive by car, you can park it in Bolzano for the duration of the tour for € 70 to € 175 per week. Some hotels have a private car park, while in other cases it is necessary to go to other car parks. No reservations are possible in advance and any costs must be paid on the spot. Note for people with reduced mobility
The cycle tour is generally not suitable for people with limited mobility. However, individual customer requests are possible in individual cases (e.g. handicapped accessible rooms).
Passport and visa requirements
A valid passport or ID card is required for hotel check-in.
Special entry requirements may apply to foreign citizens (outside the Schengen area). Each traveller is responsible for obtaining a visa in good time.
Terms and Conditions of Payment:
The deposit of 10% of the tour price is due at the latest 14 days after receipt of the booking confirmation. The balance must be paid 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
According to our General Terms and Conditions, the customer may withdraw from the contract at any time in writing. In the event of cancellation or non-commencement of travel, the following cancellation fees will become payable:
20% of the tour price up to 30 days before arrival date
25% of the tour price from 29th to 21st day before arrival date
50% of the tour price from 20th to 14th day before arrival date
80% of the tour price from 13th to 6th day before arrival date
100% of the tour price from 5th day before arrival date to the day of arrival or “no show”
If the customer makes changes of the date of travel up to 28 days before departure, we will charge a processing fee of € 50,00 per booking. After this date, the cancellation policy will apply. Such changes to a booking may only be made in individual cases and if possible; the customer has no right to any changes.

Additionally, as required by law, the company OÖ Touristik GmbH has protection in place to refund your payments and, where transport is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation in the event that it becomes insolvent.
