Regular Customer Discount
For your 3rd and every additional booking with a minimum stay of 3 nights, we grant you our regular customer discount of 4%. We kindly ask you to state all previous bookings on the registration form. The regular customer discount is only valid for all other participants if they have also booked with us verifiably (please also indicate on the registration form). Insurances are excluded from this discount. With your 5th booking you will additionally receive a surprise present for your loyalty. This regulation refers to all our offers: cycling, hiking, family and winter holidays, hotel arrangements, culture packages and more. Early booking is well worth it. On all marked tours you receive our generous early booking discount up to -10%. This reduction is valid by booking at least 60 days before your holiday starts. Please note the details on the respective offers. The early booking discount is valid on the basic rate and half board supplement. It is not valid for additional services (e.g. rental bikes, additional nights, insurances, etc.).Group discount

The group discount is valid on collective bill, the basic price and the half-board surcharge, but does not apply to additional services (e.g. rental bike, additional nights, insurance, etc.)
No Worries Package

Services included:
- adverse weather insurance
For an adverse weather phase (after 2 cycle days without any prospect of weather improvement given by the information desk of the weather station in Linz-Hörsching) your trip can be cancelled free of charge. You will get the amount refunded for services which were not consumed. (This insurance does not substitute for a cancellation – or complete cover insurance!) - 2nd piece of luggage free of charge
In case you cannot decide what personal things you would like to bring along your cycling tour (each piece of luggage max. 20 kg). - 1 change of booking free of charge
This service offers change of date, change of person, change of cycle tour – when the tour is marked as “no worries package tour”. For organizational reasons we kindly ask you to let us know of any changes at the latest 14 days prior to arrival. After this date the regular cancellation fees occur as per the GTCs (Austrian Law). (This insurance does not substitute for a cancellation– or complete cover insurance!) - 1 shuttle transfer free of charge during the tour to your next accommodation
You can take advantage of this offer in case of a break-down or exhaustion daily from 9 am–6 pm.

Disclaimer for rental bikes
If you rent a bike for your bike trip, you are liable for damage and theft. When booking our rental bike disclaimer, we assume liability for you, so that you bear no financial responsibility in the event of loss or damage to the rental bike (with proper use and security). Excluded from this are only lost keys, batteries and chargers of -bikes, as well as damage due to intent or gross negligence.
