Regular Customer Discount

For your 3rd and every additional booking with a minimum stay of 3 nights, we grant you our regular customer discount of 4%. We kindly ask you to state all previous bookings on the registration form. The regular customer discount is only valid for all other participants if they have also booked with us verifiably (please also indicate on the registration form). Insurances are excluded from this discount. With your 5th booking you will additionally receive a surprise present for your loyalty. This regulation refers to all our offers: cycling, hiking, family and winter holidays, hotel arrangements, culture packages and more. Early Booking Discount

Early booking is well worth it. On all marked tours you receive our generous early booking discount up to -10%. This reduction is valid by booking at least 60 days before your holiday starts. Please note the details on the respective offers. The early booking discount is valid on the basic rate and half board supplement. It is not valid for additional services (e.g. rental bikes, additional nights, insurances, etc.).

The group discount is valid on collective bill, the basic price and the half-board surcharge, but does not apply to additional services (e.g. rental bike, additional nights, insurance, etc.)

No printed route book and handlebar bag

If you do without the printed route book and handlebar bag when booking a selected cycle, mountain bike or hiking tour in order to save valuable resources, you will receive a discount of € 10 per person in return. You can find more information on this in the respective tour offer under "Additional services".

No Worries Package

Free cancellation
With the all-inclusive package, you can cancel your trip free of charge up to 21 days before arrival without giving a reason—whether for urgent professional or personal reasons.

Bad weather insurance
If a prolonged period of bad weather is forecast during your trip (at least 3 days of rain according to the Linz-Hörsching weather station) and there is no improvement in sight, you can cancel your trip free of charge. The value of the unused services will be refunded to you on a pro rata basis.

Free date change
Up to 14 days before arrival, you can change your travel date flexibly and without a processing fee within the season – for example, in the event of a bad weather forecast or for health reasons.

Free transfer service during your trip
Once per trip, we will organize a free transfer to the next stage of your journey for you – for example, in the event of a breakdown, exhaustion, or other unforeseen circumstances. Whether by train, bus, or taxi shuttle: we will make sure that you can continue your journey in comfort.

Disclaimer for rental bikes

If you rent a bike for your bike trip, you are liable for damage and theft. When booking our rental bike disclaimer, we assume liability for you, so that you bear no financial responsibility in the event of loss or damage to the rental bike (with proper use and security). Excluded from this are only lost keys, batteries and chargers of -bikes, as well as damage due to intent or gross negligence.
