Day 1 - Individual arrival in Bregenz
Your cycling holiday on the Lake Constance Cycle Path starts in the Austrian festival town. During the festival period (16.07.-17.08.) you can stay overnight in towns in the immediate vicinity (e.g. Wolfurt, Hard, Dornbirn & Lustenau). You cycle through the Altenrhein nature reserve, the largest wetland conservation area on Lake Constance, to Staad. Via Rorschach you reach the delightful swiss town of Arbon, which enchants visitors with its medieval town centre. The cycle tour along the Lake Constance cycle path leads past parks and lidos to the Untersee. Cycle via Berlingen to the impressive Stein am Rhein and on to Rielasingen/Gailingen, your destination for today. Tip: From the Bürglschloss lookout tower in Gailingen you can see from Vorarlberg to the Bernese Alps if the view is good. On the Rhine Cycle Route you cycle to Schaffhausen, where the Munot Fortress invites you to visit. At the end of the stage on the Lake Constance cycle path, the Rhine Falls roar 23 metres into the depths. The cycling tour on Lake Constance leads over the Höri peninsula to Radolfzell and on to the monastery island of Reichenau. The excellently preserved medieval churches secured Reichenau's inclusion in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Take the opportunity on your cycling holiday in Germany to visit the flower island of Mainau. Then take the ferry across to Staad. Via Meersburg and Immenstaad you will reach Friedrichshafen, where the Zeppelin Museum is a worthwhile destination. If you are still in the mood, we would also recommend the Lake Dwelling Museum in Uhldingen (+10 km). On the last day of your cycling holiday at Lake Constance, you will cross the Argen estuary nature reserve, where a detour along the Argen to Laimnau (+18 km) is a good idea. Parking facilities
Subject to availability at the arrival hotel (approx. € 10,00 to € 20,00/day). Chargeable parking garages in the city centre (approx. € 160,00/week). No reservation possible.
Note for people with limited mobility
The cycle tour is not suitable for people with limited mobility. However, in specific cases it is possible to accommodate individual customer requests (e.g. barrier-free room).
Passport and visa requirements
To check in to your hotel you will need a valid passport or ID card.
For citizens of countries outside the Schengen area other regulations may apply. You are responsible for obtaining any visa you may require in good time.
Terms and Conditions of Payment:
The deposit of 10% of the tour price is due at the latest 14 days after receipt of the booking confirmation. The balance must be paid 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
According to our General Terms and Conditions, the customer may withdraw from the contract at any time in writing. In the event of cancellation or non-commencement of travel, the following cancellation fees will become payable:
20% of the tour price up to the 28th day before departure
30% of the tour price from 27th to 14th day before departure
50% of the tour price from the 13th to the 8th day before departure
70% of the tour price from 7th to 4th day before departure
90% of the tour price from the 3rd day before departure until the day of arrival
If the customer makes changes of the date of travel up to 28 days before departure, we will charge a processing fee of € 50,00 per booking. After this date, the cancellation policy will apply. Such changes to a booking may only be made in individual cases and if possible; the customer has no right to any changes.

In case of a booking your announced data will be only used from OÖ Touristik GmbH for the process of bookings and related transactions and will be passed on only in the context of the contractual relationship to third parties. This ensures that you will benefit from all EU rights applicable to packages. OÖ Touristik GmbH will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the package.
As per law in the event of insolvency of OÖ Touristik GmbH the company refunds payments already made and additionally takes care of return transport, if originally included.

The liquidator is the Europäische Reiseversicherung AG, Kratochwjlestraße 4, 1220 Wien, Email: info@europaeische.at, 24-hour emergency number: +43 1 3172500.
Travelers have to contact the liquidator within 8 weeks if they are denied claims due to the insolvency of OÖ Touristik GmbH. Details on the business license of OÖ Touristik GmbH can be found on the website https://www.gisa.gv.at/abfrage under the GISA number 14930096.
