Innsbruck-Passau Inn Valley Cycle Path 2021 - The Sporty Tour
This sporty cycling tour in Austria and Germany takes you together with the so-called "Green River Inn" on some longer daily stages. A breathtaking scenery of the Tyrolean mountain ranges accompany you from Innsbruck to Kufstein. In the South of Bavaria you cycle gently hilly via farmland through the picturesque villages of Wasseburg and Mühldorf. The pilgrimage places Altötting and Marktl are well-worth visiting during your bike tour. In the Innviertel continue through lovely towns, the baroque jewels Obernberg, Reichersberg and Schärding.

Day 1 - Individual arrival in InnsbruckOn the first day of your bike tour, check-in and you receive your travel documents for your cycling holidays. Day 2 - Innsbruck–Wörgl, approx. 70 kmLeave the capital of the Tyrol behind you before cycling through the medieval village of Hall, past the well-known world of the Swarovski-Crystals in Wattens towards the Lower Inntal Valley. The giant glaciers sensed at the end of the Zillertal Valley before reaching Wörgl, today's final destination of your bike route. Example of hotel: Hotel-Gasthof Baumgarten*** in Wörgl
Day 3 - Wörgl–Rosenheim, approx. 50 kmAlong your cycling tour in direction of Bavaria, you soon see the magnificent fortress of Kufstein. Take your time for a visit before cycling to Rosenheim. Example of hotel: Hotel Tryp by Wyndham**** in Rosenheim
Day 4 - Rosenheim–Mühldorf, approx. 80 kmPredominantly your bike route today leads along the dam and through lowland forest to Wasserburg. Do not miss to visit this picturesque town before cycling offside the River Inn through lovely villages and farmland to Mühldorf. Example of hotel: Hotel Wetzel*** in Mühldorf
Day 5 - Mühldorf–Kirchdorf, approx. 70 kmToday your cycle tour brings you towards the Upper Austrian Innviertel and you should not miss seeing Altötting, one of Bavaria's most popular pilgrimage sites and Marktl, birthplace of Pope Benedict XVI. Shortly after Braunau continue through the impressive European reservation of the Lower River Inn with its species rich bird world and flora a true highlight of your cycling holidays. Day 6 - Kirchdorf–Passau, approx. 50 kmAlong your bike route to Passau, picturesque baroque towns invite for a visit: Obernberg with its lovely market square, the magnificent Monastery Reichersberg and the baroque city of Schärding with its famous Silberzeile. Day 7 - Individual departure or extra nightsReturn from your cycling holidays in Bavaria and Austria, by train to Innsbruck (included).
Information Coronavirus - Security for your booking:
Free cancellation option
If you decide and book a trip early, but do not want to travel due to the coronavirus, you can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before departure. You will not pay any booking or cancellation fees.
We are constantly monitoring the current situation and will inform you in case of travel changes. If an official travel warning is issued for your destination or you are unable to enter or leave the country, your trip will be cancelled or rebooked free of charge.
No payments until 4 weeks before arrival
You do not have to make any advance payments until 4 weeks before arrival.
Note for people with limited mobility
The cycle tour is not suitable for people with limited mobility. However, in specific cases it is possible to accommodate individual customer requests (e.g. barrier-free room).
Passport and visa requirements
To check in to your hotel you will need a valid passport or ID card.
For citizens of countries outside the Schengen area other regulations may apply. You are responsible for obtaining any visa you may require in good time.
Terms and Conditions of Payment:
You do not have to make any advance payments to us up to 4 weeks before departure. Please mind the payment conditions in your booking confirmation/invoice.
The general travel conditions of 1992 apply with following cancellation conditions: Prior to arrival the customer can cancel in written form at any time the booked arrangement. In case of cancellation or no show we charge following fees:
20% of the tour price up to 28 days before arrival date
30% of the tour price from 27th to 14th day before arrival date
50% of the tour price from 13th to 8th day before arrival date
70% of the tour price from 7th to 4th day before arrival date
90% of the tour price from 3rd day before arrival date to the day of arrival or “no show”
In case the booking is changed from the customer himself (change of date, duration of the tour or participant) up to 28 days prior arrival, a handling fee of € 50,- per booking is charged.
Thereafter the previous cancellation conditions apply. Such a change of booking is only in individual cases a possibility customers do not have a claim on it.

The combination of travel services offered to you is a package within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302.
This ensures that you will benefit from all EU rights applicable to packages. Company OÖ Touristik GmbH will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole.
Additionally, as required by law, the company OÖ Touristik GmbH has protection in place to refund your payments and, where transport is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation in the event that it becomes insolvent.
