Linz-Vienna Danube Cycle Path 2027 - Family Cycle Tour

Note for people with limited mobility:
This cycling tour is generally not suitable for people with limited mobility. However, individual requests may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis (e.g., accessible rooms).

Passport and Visa Requirements:
A valid passport or national ID card is required for hotel check-in.
Special entry requirements may apply to foreign nationals (from outside the Schengen Area). Each traveler is personally responsible for obtaining any necessary visas in a timely manner.

Payment Terms:
A deposit of 10% of the trip price is due no later than 14 days after receipt of the booking confirmation. The balance is due 14 days before the start of the trip.

Cancellation Policy:
In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions, the customer may withdraw from the contract in writing at any time. In the event of withdrawal or failure to depart on the trip, the following cancellation fees apply:
20% of the tour price up to the 28th day before departure
30% of the trip price from the 27th to the 14th day before the start of the trip
50% of the trip price from the 13th to the 8th day before the start of the trip
70% of the trip price from the 7th to the 4th day before the start of the trip
90% of the trip price from the 3rd day before departure through the day of arrival

In the event of a rebooking by the customer (change of travel date, tour, duration, transfer due to a change in the traveler, etc.) up to 28 days before the trip starts, which is beyond our control, we charge a processing fee of €50.00 per booking. After that, the cancellation policy applies. Such a rebooking can only be made subject to availability on a case-by-case basis; the customer has no legal right to such a change.

In the event of a booking, the provided data will be processed by OÖ. Touristik GmbH for the purpose of processing the reservation and related procedures and will only be disclosed to third parties (e.g., tourism service providers, transportation companies, attractions, data processors) within the scope of the contractual relationship. Standard Information:
The combination of travel services offered constitutes a package tour as defined by Directive (EU) 2015/2302.
Therefore, travelers are entitled to all EU rights applicable to package tours. The company OÖ. Touristik GmbH bears full responsibility for the proper execution of the entire package tour.
In addition, OÖ. Touristik GmbH has the legally required insurance to ensure the refund of payments made and, if transportation is included in the package tour, to guarantee return transportation in the event of its insolvency.

Customer Fund Protection:
The tour operator OÖ Touristik GmbH, Freistädter Str. 119, 4041 Linz, has taken out insolvency insurance with Raiffeisen Landesbank Oberösterreich AG, Europaplatz 1a, 4020 Linz.
