You will cycle through impressive landscapes, along Sweden's picturesque west coast and follow the Kattegat route to Gothenburg. From there, your journey continues to the two capitals, Copenhagen and Stockholm. Along the way, you will encounter royal castles such as Drottningholm, vast nature reserves, charming fishing villages and culinary delights that will make your cycling tour an unforgettable experience.

Day 1 - Individual arrival in Copenhagen
Denmark's capital Copenhagen welcomes you to your cycling holiday with its cosmopolitan flair, exciting architecture and typical hyggelig lifestyle. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the city and end the day with a leisurely stroll or a cup of coffee.

After one last look at the Danish capital, today's cycle tour takes you north through fragrant forests and along the beautiful beaches of the Øresund. In Helsingør, the magnificent Kronborg Castle invites you to visit before you enjoy the short ferry ride to Helsingborg on the Swedish side (approx. 20 minutes, approx. EURO 8,00 per person, not included).

After breakfast, take a comfortable train ride to Falkenberg (approx. 90 minutes, approx. EURO 25,50 per person, not included), one of Halland's oldest towns. From here, you will start your bike tour along the west coast, passing picturesque fishing villages and small craft shops. In Träslövsläge, it is worth taking a break to enjoy freshly caught lobster or a cup of coffee. In the late afternoon, you will reach Varberg, where the imposing fortress invites you to take a leisurely visit.

Today's stage begins with a stretch along the coast, which accompanies you only on the first section. Afterwards, quiet paths lead through horse farms and wide fields, ideal for relaxing moments along the way. Finally, you reach Kungsbacka, once an important trading centre, with a charming old town that invites you to take leisurely strolls and short breaks.

Starting in Kungsbacka, today's cycle tour takes you north through lush forests, past picturesque bays and small harbours. A short stop in Särö gives you the opportunity to enjoy the surroundings at your leisure. At the end of the stage, you reach the lively centre of Gothenburg, where you can soak up the atmosphere at the harbour or visit the exciting Maritiman museum.

After breakfast, travel comfortably by train with your luggage to Stockholm. In the afternoon, the charming old town invites you to take a relaxing stroll, where you can enjoy the historic streets and the city's special atmosphere.

Today you will cycle along Lake Mälaren, Sweden's third largest lake, to the island of Lovön, where the UNESCO World Heritage Site Drottningholm Palace awaits you. Take your time to explore the magnificent palace with its beautiful location on the lake and visit the small, exotic ‘Chinese Palace', the palace theatre and the extensive palace park. Continue over bridges and along the water to Södermalm, a creative district with charming cafés and design shops. On the way back to Stockholm, you will pass the old town of Gamla Stan with its cobbled streets, crooked houses and inviting cafés – ideal for a short break or a leisurely stroll.

Parking facilities:
A public car park is available, costing between € 15,00 and € 31,00 per day, depending on location. Reservations are not possible or necessary.
Note for people with limited mobility
The cycle tour is not suitable for people with limited mobility. However, in specific cases it is possible to accommodate individual customer requests (e.g. barrier-free room).
Passport and visa requirements
To check in to your hotel you will need a valid passport or ID card.
For citizens of countries outside the Schengen area other regulations may apply. You are responsible for obtaining any visa you may require in good time.
Terms and Conditions of Payment:
The deposit of 10% of the tour price is due at the latest 14 days after receipt of the booking confirmation. The balance must be paid 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
According to our General Terms and Conditions, the customer may withdraw from the contract at any time in writing. In the event of cancellation or non-commencement of travel, the following cancellation fees will become payable:
20% of the tour price up to the 28th day before departure
30% of the tour price from 27th to 14th day before departure
50% of the tour price from the 13th to the 8th day before departure
70% of the tour price from 7th to 4th day before departure
90% of the tour price from the 3rd day before departure until the day of arrival
If the customer makes changes of the date of travel up to 28 days before departure, we will charge a processing fee of € 50,00 per booking. After this date, the cancellation policy will apply. Such changes to a booking may only be made in individual cases and if possible; the customer has no right to any changes.

In case of a booking your announced data will be only used from OÖ Touristik GmbH for the process of bookings and related transactions and will be passed on only in the context of the contractual relationship to third parties. The combination of travel services offered to you is a package within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2302.
This ensures that you will benefit from all EU rights applicable to packages. Company OÖ Touristik GmbH will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole.
Additionally, as required by law, the company OÖ Touristik GmbH has protection in place to refund your payments and, where transport is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation in the event that it becomes insolvent.
