From Stralsund, discover the fascinating coastal landscape of Vorpommern with its islands of Rügen, Hiddensee and Usedom, as well as the Fischland, Darß and Zingst peninsulas. On carefully selected routes, you will experience nature, the sea and wide open spaces at their most beautiful. Your trip will be complemented by a varied programme of activities and relaxing days at the Hotel am Jungfernstieg.

Day 1 - Individual arrival in Stralsund
You will make your own way to the hotel on Jungfernstieg. From here, you can reach the historic old town of Stralsund in around ten minutes on foot – with highlights such as St. Mary's Church, the OZEANEUM, the town hall and the Old Market Square. Hotel example: Hotel on the Jungfernstieg, Stralsund (standard). All rooms are equipped with shower or bath with WC, hairdryer, TV and radio.
Hotel examples: Your accommodation will probably be in the hotel specified above however, in the event that the hotel is unavailable on the required date, an equivalent hotel will be booked.Day 2 - Round trip through the southwest of Rügen, approx. 55 km
Your round trip takes you through the peaceful south-west of Rügen: past the Rambin salt marshes to the tranquil Kubitzer Bodden. Via Poseritz and Gustow, you cycle past the ‘Nine Mountains', a Bronze Age burial site near Götemitz. In Rambin, the Pommernkate or the Inselbrauerei invite you to take a delightful break with regional specialities.Day 3 - Excursion island Hiddensee, approx. 10-15 km
In the morning, the ship will take you to Hiddensee. Explore the car-free island by bike through the heathland near Neuendorf via Vitte to Kloster. From the viewpoint at Dornbusch, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the entire island. In the afternoon, there will be time to linger before returning to Stralsund by shipDay 4 - Excursion Sassnitz and the chalk cliffs, approx. 55 km
In the morning, take the train (on your own, not included) to Sassnitz. Continue through Jasmund National Park to the chalk cliffs. Enjoy the unique view of the Baltic Sea from the Königsstuhl and discover the history of Rügen's formation at the National Park Centre (on your own). The journey continues via Mukran and Prora to the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. In the afternoon, take the train (on your own, not included) back to Stralsund.Day 5 - Rest day or excursion to the island Usedom, approx. 40 km
Plan your day however you like: explore Stralsund with its UNESCO-protected sights or visit the impressive OZEANEUM. Alternatively, take a trip by train (on your own) to the island of Usedom, where you can cycle along the kilometre-long beach promenade and leave the imperial spas behind you as you pass charming cliffs.Day 6 - Along the Bodden coast to Barth, approx. 45 km
Today, you will cycle along beautiful cycle paths along the Strelasund to Klausdorf. The route continues along the Bodden coast via Barth to Groß Mohrdorf before you cycle back to Stralsund.Day 7 - Excursion Fischland-Darß peninsula, approx. 65 km
After breakfast, take the train (on your own) to Ribnitz-Damgarten, where a visit to the Amber Museum is recommended. Then cycle across Fischland to the Baltic resort of Ahrenshoop and continue along quiet Bodden shore paths to Born and Wiek to the Baltic resorts of Prerow and Zingst. Cross the Meiningen Bridge towards Barth, from where you will travel back to Stralsund by train (on your own).Day 8 - Individual departure from Stralsund

The cycle tour is not suitable for people with limited mobility. However, in specific cases it is possible to accommodate individual customer requests (e.g. barrier-free room).
Passport and visa requirements
To check in to your hotel you will need a valid passport or ID card.
For citizens of countries outside the Schengen area other regulations may apply. You are responsible for obtaining any visa you may require in good time.
Terms and Conditions of Payment:
The deposit of 10% of the tour price is due at the latest 14 days after receipt of the booking confirmation. The balance must be paid 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
According to our General Terms and Conditions, the customer may withdraw from the contract at any time in writing. In the event of cancellation or non-commencement of travel, the following cancellation fees will become payable:
20% of the travel price up to 28 days before departure
30% of the travel price from 27 to 21 days before departure
60% of the travel price from 20 to 7 days before departure
80% of the travel price from 6 to 1 day before departure
90% of the travel price on the day of arrival and in the event of trip interruption
If the customer makes changes of the date of travel up to 28 days before departure, we will charge a processing fee of € 50,00 per booking. After this date, the cancellation policy will apply. Such changes to a booking may only be made in individual cases and if possible; the customer has no right to any changes.
