Leaving the forested hills behind you, cycling through the fruitful region of the „Eferdinger Becken“, to Linz, the capital of Upper Austria. Enjoy a city tour of Linz, before cycling through the flat Machland to the Strudengau before you finally reach the lovely baroque town of Grein. Example of hotel: Hotel Aumühle*** in Bad Kreuzen

Along your bike tour past the picturesque villages of Grein, St. Nikola and Maria Taferl you can see already from a long distance the beautiful Melk Abbey in Lower Austria. Your cycling route leads through the Tullner Feld, the garden town of Tulln and past the Klosterneuburg Monastery. The cycling path ends in Vienna, Austria's capital, where a great variety of sights await you with magnificent buildings along the Ringstraße, Palace Schönbrunn, the Prater with its Giant Ferry Wheel and of course the traditional Viennese coffee houses. Return transfer to Passau, in Season A and B by train (transfer of your own bike not included) in Season C you have the possibility to return to Passau either by bus (transfer of your own bike included) or by train (transfer of your own bike not included)
