Sometimes something comes up - that's exactly what our rebooking guarantee is for. For just € 49 per person, you can postpone your booked mountain bike trip to another date free of charge up to 3 working days before arrival. Without giving any reasons and with full security for your vacation planning. Ideal if dates change or you simply want a little more leeway.

• Free cancellation: With the all-round carefree package, you can cancel your trip free of charge up to 21 days before arrival without giving any reason - whether for urgent professional or private reasons.
• Reschedule free of charge:
  • Up to 3 days before arrival, you can postpone your travel date flexibly and at no extra cost - for example, if the weather forecast is bad or for health reasons.
  • Price differences due to seasonal changes, room categories, etc. must be paid.
• Bad weather insurance: If a prolonged period of bad weather is forecast during your trip (at least 3 days of rain according to the Linz-Hörsching weather station) and there is no improvement in sight, you can cancel your trip free of charge. The value of the unused services will be refunded to you on a pro rata basis.
• Free transfer service during the trip: Once per trip, we will organise a transfer for you to the next stopover free of charge - for example in the event of a breakdown, exhaustion or other unforeseen circumstances. Whether by train, bus or taxi shuttle: we will make sure that you can continue your journey in comfort.
