Day 1 - Individual arrival in Lübeck
Arrival to Lübeck on your own. Start your trip e.g. with a leisurely evening stroll around the old town island.

Hotel examples: Your accommodation will probably be in the hotel specified above however, in the event that the hotel is unavailable on the required date, an equivalent hotel will be booked.Day 2 - Excursion Timmendorf beach, approx. 50-70 km (+boat trip)
The first tour takes you to Travemünde on the Baltic Sea, which belongs to Lübeck. Make the trip relaxed by ship (on your own) or by bike. From Travemünde you cycle via Niendorf to Timmendorf beach. If the weather is bad, a visit to the aquarium or the thermal baths is worthwhile. Passing the Hemmelsdorfer Lake and crossing the river Trave you return to Lübeck.Day 3 - Round trip Alte Salzstraße, approx. 70 km
In the Middle Ages, valuable salt was transported to Lübeck on the Salt Road. As a spice and preservative, salt was one of the most important trade goods for centuries, to which Lübeck, among others, owed its wealth. Discover the beauty of the region on the historic trade route, which has now been developed into a long-distance cycle route. Cycle along the shores of Lake Ratzeburg and pay a visit to the Eulenspiegel Fountain in Mölln before heading back north along the Elbe-Lübeck Canal.Day 4 - Excursion Ostholstein to Plön, approx. 60 km
Cycling northwest, you will reach Bad Schwartau in just a few kilometers. Bad Schwartau is not only known for the jam produced there but is also a state-approved lodine brine and mud spa. After a break in Pronstorf/Strenglin near the Wader Lake, you continue north until you finally reach the Great Plöner Lake, along the shore of which you cycle in a relaxed manner to Plön or Malente. From both places, a train ride (on your own) will take you back.Day 5 - Rest day Lübeck
Discover the secrets of this time-honored Hanseatic city on a guided tour (included), stroll through the quaint little passageways, climb the tower of St. Peter's Church for a great view of the entire city, or canoe across the Wakenitz River. There is a lot to experience in Lübeck, there is certainly something for everyone.Day 6 - Individual journey home
Individual departure from the cycling vacation or booking of additional nights.
Parking possibilities in Lübeck
You can park your car at the hotel in Lübeck either in a parking garage or basement garage for approx. € 5,00 to € 16,00 per day.
At the train station there will be parking arrangements too for approx. € 4,00 per day.

As a tour operator, the safety, well-being and health of our customers are top priorities for us. We are constantly monitoring the current situation and are in close contact with official authorities. In the event of travel changes, we will inform you immediately. If an official travel warning is issued on your arrival date for your destination or your home town, you can of course cancel your trip free of charge or change your booking to another date.
Note for people with limited mobility
The cycle tour is not suitable for people with limited mobility. However, in specific cases it is possible to accommodate individual customer requests (e.g. barrier-free room).
Passport and visa requirements
To check in to your hotel you will need a valid passport or ID card.
For citizens of countries outside the Schengen area other regulations may apply. You are responsible for obtaining any visa you may require in good time.
Terms and Conditions of Payment:
The deposit of 10% of the tour price is due at the latest 14 days after receipt of the booking confirmation. The balance must be paid 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
According to our General Terms and Conditions, the customer may withdraw from the contract at any time in writing. In the event of cancellation or non-commencement of travel, the following cancellation fees will become payable:
20% of the tour price up to 28days before arrival date
30% of the tour price from 27th to 14th day before arrival date
50% of the tour price from 13th to 8th day before arrival date
70% of the tour price from 7th to 4th day before arrival date
90% of the tour price from 3rd day before arrival date to the day of arrival
If the customer makes changes to the booking (date of travel, tour, duration, transfer of the booking to another person etc.) up to 28 days before departure, for reasons which are outside our control, we will charge a processing fee of € 50,- per booking. After this date, the cancellation policy will apply. Such changes to a booking may only be made in individual cases and if possible; the customer has no right to any changes.
