Travel Agencies with entitlements according to § 208 passage 1 trade law (gewO) 1973. Advertising Agency. Business consultancy including business organisation. Trade- and industrial business. Classical incoming travel agencies for Upper Austria and tour operators, in particular cycling tourism, group tours, individual travel agencies and MICE (Meeting/Incentive/Convention/Events). Classical agency performances and consulting works for the third party.

The above mentioned websites are selling platforms with online booking systems to assist customers for the above field of activities. This website was compiled with the utmost care, however we cannot be held liable for any mistakes. For banners and links, which lead to pages off the homepage click on www.touristik.at , www.radurlaub.com and www.gruppentouren.at . We cannot be held liable for any of this information as this is the responsibility of the Service Provider.

5. Data protection
OÖ Touristik GmbH complies with the regulations of the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG 2000). In particular, data is only used within the scope of contracts (§ 11 DSG) and measures are taken to guarantee data protection by ensuring that data are used properly and not made accessible to third parties (§ 14 DSG). Contractors, service providers and their staff are obligated to keep the data provided by users confidential and not disclose them, unless a legally accepted reason for conveying or disclose the data provided in confidence or made accessible (§ 15 DSG) is given.
 
5.1. eMail Newsletter
By subscribing to our free newsletter you will be the first to learn about new products, valuable health tips and news as well as exclusive offers. After sign up you will receive a confirmation email with an activation link to start receiving the newsletter. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter you can unsubscribe at any time, simply by clicking the “Unsubscribe" link in the footer of any of our newsletters.
 
No transmission onto a third party
If you have registered yourself for the newsletter from the OÖ Touristik GmbH, the OÖ Touristik only uses your given data for the purpose sending you the newsletter. No transmission of your data on to a third party. Exclusively the partner enterprises which are responsible for the technical transaction of the newsletter dispatch are excluded.  Nevertheless, in these cases the extent of the transmitted data limits itself only to the necessary minimum. Our data protection regulations stand in the Austrian data protection authority. (DSG 2000)

5.2. eMail advertisement (without newsletter registration). after § 7 pass. 3 UWG
Within the scope of the legal permission are we entitled (§7 Abs. 3UWG.), to send you to your email regularly information about our own, similar products and/or services, which you have given us with the purchase of one of our products.
We may use your e-mail address for this purpose, whether you have announced yourself to our newsletter or not. In case you do not like to receive news in the future to similar products or services, you can contradict the use of your email address at any time. No other costs than the transmission costs, which is a basic rate apply. You can cancel the mailing with a click on the mailing – click on the cancel link directly in the mailing.

Despite utter care during selection and presentation, there is no claim to correctness and completeness; liability for the contents is explicitly excluded. 7. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”).  Google Analytics uses so-called cookies, which are text files that are saved on your computer and make an analysis of your use of the website possible.  The information generated by the cookies regarding your use of the website (including your IP address) is transferred to a server of Google’s in the USA and saved there.  Google will use this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports about the website activities for the website operator and to provide further services associated with the use of the website and of the Internet. OÖ Touristik GmbH only uses these data to optimise its website and to conduct market research.
 
Google will also transfer this information to third parties if  this is legally stipulated or if third parties process these data on behalf of Google.  Further information about Google Analytics is available on the Internet or at www.google.com/analytics.
 
Data protection is of great importance to OÖ Touristik GmbH. We therefore use the “_anonymizeIp()” function, which abbreviates IP addresses and excludes a personal association.  The collection and storage of data can be objected to at any time regarding future use.  In addition, you have the possibility to stop tracking completely.  To do so, you just have to click on the “Deactivate” button.  In order for the objection to take lasting effect, your browser has to accept cookies.  Alternatively, you can object to data collection by using a Google browser plugin: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

8. Use of Facebook plugins
On this website, plugins of the social network – operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”) and recognisable by the Facebook logo (white “f” on a blue square or symbol with “thumbs up”) or marked with “Facebook social plugin” – also visible at developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/. If you access pages of our Internet presence that have such plugins and if your browser is configured accordingly, a connection is established with the Facebook servers and the plugin appears on the Internet site via a notification to your browser. By doing so, information is sent to the Facebook servers about which of our webpages you have visited. If you are logged onto Facebook as a member, Facebook attributes this information to your personal Facebook user account. Upon using the plugin functions (e.g. by clicking on the “Like” button or entering a comment), this information is attributed to your Facebook account.
 
We have no influence on the amount of data that Facebook collects with the help of this this plugin. As far as we are informed, Facebook received the information that you have visited the corresponding page of our Internet presence by means of embedding plugins. By pressing the “Like” button or entering a comment, the corresponding information is sent by your browser directly to Facebook and stored there. If you are not a member of Facebook, it is still possible that Facebook finds out and saves your IP address. If you are a member of Facebook and want to prevent the collection and attribution of your data saved by Facebook, you have to log off of Facebook before visiting our Internet presence; it is not sufficent to simply close the page. 9. Use of the “+1” button
This website uses the “+1” button of the social network Google Plus, which is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The button can be recognised by the “+1” symbol on a white or coloured background. If you access a website of our Internet presence that has such a button, your browser establishes a direct connection with the servers of Google.
 
The contents of the “+1” button are transferred from Google directly to your browser, which embeds it in the website. We therefore have no influence on the amount of data that Google collects with this button, but we assume that your IP address is recorded.
