Itinerary
  • Day 1 - Individual arrival in El Arenal/Cala Blava

    Upon arrival at your hotel a welcome aperitif awaits you and you receive your travel documents. Example of hotel: Hotel THB Maria Isabel in Playa de Palma
  • Day 2 - El Arenal/Cala Blava–Colonia–San Jordi, approx. 55 km

    The cycling tour leads along the coast past the gothic church of Sa Torre to Capocorp Vell, the empire of the Cyclopes (leavings of the original inhabitants) towards the beautiful bathing bay Cala Pi. The wind mills of Majorca accompany you along your bike tour to the white sandy beach of Es Trenc silhouetting the turquoise Mediterranean Sea. At the end of this cycling route the fishing village San Jordi awaits you with its blue shining salt mountains. Example of hotel: Hotel Sur Mallorca in San Jordi
  • Day 3 - Colonia–San Jordi–Porto Cristo, approx. 60 km

    Today your bike tour leads you via Ses Salines, Europe's largest botanical garden past the idyllic bay near Cala Santany, where we recommend a visit, before you continue through small fishing villages to the magnificent “Es Pontas” arch. Near Porto Cristo the so-called Cuevas del Drach, a fantastic flowstone cave and famous marvel of Majorca is located. Example of hotel: Hotel Felip in Porto Cristo
  • Day 4 - Porto Cristo–C'an Picafort, approx. 55 km

    Enjoy cycling to the beautiful village of Son Carrio with Gaudi's Versade church and continue via Manacor to Santa Margalid and the last kilometers via the Alcudia Bay to C'an Picafort. Example of hotel: Hotel Platja Daurada in C'an Picafort
  • Day 5 - Alcudia–Round Trip, approx. 45 km

    Today you don't have to pack your luggage as you stay one more night in C'an Picafort. The Alcudia round trip leads to the nation protection area of S'Albufera to the Bay of Pollenca (Roman archaeological excavation). Along the coastal road you reach again Alcudia, oldest city of the island before cycling back to C'an Picafort. Example of hotel: Hotel Platja Daurada in C'an Picafort
  • Day 6 - C'an Picafort–Port de Sóller, approx. 45 km

    In the beginning of your bike tour enjoy cycling through Muro and Inca towards Serra Tramuntana. You reach Lluc Abbey (visit) either by a bus transfer or by bike. From there continue up 1200 m to the highest point of the Majorca's Island round tour. Descent to Fronalutx, called the most beautiful village in Spain and enjoy a delicious almond-cake or something of the other Majorca specialties. Accompanied by the scent of orange and lemon trees continue to the fishing harbor of Port de Sóller. Example of hotel: Hotel Marina in Port de Sóller
  • Day 7 - Port de Sóller–Palma/Cala Blava, approx. 20 km

    Majorca's oldest tram, the so-called, “Red Flash”, takes you to the centre of Sóller and a sightseeing tour in Palma, Majorca's capital awaits you, before continuing along the coast to El Arenal/Cala Blava. Example of hotel: Hotel THB Maria Isabel in Palma de Palma

In 1990 the OÖ Touristik performed a pioneering work on the sector of organised cycle holidays: the first bookable cycle tour along the Danube including luggage transfer. Already a year later we offered the first group tours. Over the years the offers of the cycle holidays has expanded throughout Europe and are as popular as ever. During the last 25 years we have expanded the portfolio on mountain bike tours, cycle holidays by bike and boat, group tours and hiking holidays as well as winter and wellness holidays. The organisation and handling of international congresses and events meanwhile adds to the successful enterprise sections.
