  For an adverse weather phase (after 2 cycle days without any prospect of weather improvement given by the information desk of the weather station in Linz-Hörsching) your trip can be cancelled free of charge. You will get the amount refunded for services which were not consumed. (This insurance does not substitute a cancellation- or complete cover insurance!)
• 2nd piece of luggage free of charge
  In case you cannot decide what personal things you would like to bring along your cycling tour (each piece of luggage max. 20 kg).
• 1 change of booking free of charge
  This service offers change of date, change of person, change of cycle tour - when the tour is marked as ''no worries-package tour?uro. For organizational reasons we kindly ask you to let us any changes know at the latest 14 days prior arrival. After this date the regular cancellation fees occur as per the AGB's (Austrian Law). (This insurance does not substitute a cancellation- or complete cover insurance!)
• 1 shuttle transfer free of charge during the tour
  You can take advantage of this offer in case of a break-down or exhaustion daily from 9 am - 6 pm.
